Help I purchased tickets and now I can’t attend HorrorConUK. Can I get a refund on my tickets?

Unfortunately not. Like similar events, as well theatre and concerts etc we would only offer you a refund on your ticket if we had to cancel, move the event to another location or if we had to reschedule the event.
