Bring lots of cash! Seriously! There is not a cash machine at the venue. Also maybe have a wander around before you spend, that way you will have an idea of what you want to spend your money on! Simples! Not all vendors will accept credit card payments so if you wish to purchase an item from one of the exhibitors on the day we recommend you bring cash with you. If you have a budget, bring that budget with you! The special guest signings take cash only, unless we have specifically advertised a guest as a ticket only signing.
11:00am – 5:30pm Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th May 2020 with a standard day or weekend ticket. Early Bird entry (from 10:00am) is available with a Priority entry day or Priority weekend ticket.
Traders and exhibitors should sign up for our trader newsletter (down at the bottom of the page) to be advised of events and may also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, however trader pitches for 2020 have now sold out.

Yes! Well, as long as they are a horror lover – Please don’t bring a sensitive child who is likely to get upset at the sight of the various ghouls, demons, zombies, serial killers and bloody monsters roaming the corridors! We ask that you use your discretion: Does your child really love horror? We have no desire to police or tell parents how to do their job, and we believe that parents have their child’s best interests at heart and know what their child can or can’t handle. BUT please remember the horror world is an adult world – many of the traders stalls will feature graphic merchandise based on horror films, books, special effects etc. and fruity language may be used during Q & A’s and elsewhere! It’s your call! If they’re happy they are very welcome. Children aged 12 & under are free with a paying adult. Children under 18 are strictly prohibited from any film screenings.
We really would prefer you to print out your ticket, but if you can’t get a print out from work, local library, friend or family member’s printer, bring your mobile phone, tablet etc and as long as we can scan the barcode from your device we have no problem!
Yes. Without a ticket to HorrorConUK you will not be allowed entry into the venue!

Tickets in general are electronic and not sent by post. When you order your ticket, you will receive your ticket in an email. All you have to do is print out the ticket and bring it with you. If you don’t receive the email please check and search your Junk/Spam/Deleted folder. If you ordered a ticket and haven’t received it please get in touch with us before 10th May 2019, after this we may not be able to help, please email

On arrival at the event we will scan the bar code on the ticket – you will receive a wristband to allow return to the show. Please note: once your ticket has been scanned – it CANNOT be re-used a second time. Please also keep your wrist band intact for the duration of the event.
Unfortunately not. Refunds are only possible if the event is cancelled.
The best way is to email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will always take into account your suggestions but sometimes we have already approached the guest you are suggesting and they can’t attend for a number of reasons.
